Most rental companies will allow you to drive the rental car through different states and even cross the border into Canada. The rental car may not be driven into Mexico. Should you need to drive the rental car outside of the state where rented, we recommend you to inform the rental location at the time of pick up in order to avoid any inconveniences.
In case you are involved in a traffic accident with the rental, you must contact the emergency line immediately. In addition, you must contact the rental company directly in order to process a full report.
